KANGAROO ENCLOSURE

In case you hadn't heard, Sally has finally got the chance to introduce Kangaroo's to our space. Having been involved with rescued Kangaroo's in the Riverland, Sally was keen to set aside some land to help them.
As you can see, Martin and Chris have worked hard to provide shelter for the roo's and now we are proud to announce that we have our first 3 Western Grey Kangaroos!
Misty (identified by her marked legs), Princess (with a hole in her ear) and Penny (jumping with her bung hip) are all enjoying their new surroundings.
Each day they graze on grass and pellets, hop around their 2½ acre enclosure and laze in the sun. It sure is tough in the Barossa.
In addition, they are hand fed with almonds and friut while we sit with a glass or two at the end of each day.
Misty, Princess and Penny will soon be joined by other friends and we'll keep you updated on what they are up to from time to time.
